Lake Cove is a newly constructed single-family home neighborhood consisting of 59 residences and located in the NW region of the City. The community borders Vernon Heights and Sunset Ridge and is across from the beautifully maintained Ball Fields. Built in 2018-2019 and nestled around a man-made lake with lighted fountain, these homes are two-story CBS construction with many energy-efficient and smart-home automated features. With six different floor plans, homes range in size from 1,700 S.F. to 2,800 S.F. with two car garages. Our serene lake and surrounding foliage have become a haven for a variety of bird species. The newly formed HOA was founded during COVID times, and we have no events or in-person meetings as yet, but working on it!
Boundaries: The southern boundary of Lake Cove is 19th Avenue North (Sunset Ridge) and our northern boundary is Vernon Heights. The community consists of three roads: Lake Cove Way, Vernon St., and Harding St.
Meetings: Meetings are held the last Thursday of every month at 6:30pm, currently virtually.
Membership: Lake Cove is an HOA and membership is mandatory for all residents who pay a monthly HOA fee to maintain common areas.
